Employment and Labor Law

Employment and labor law covers a complex network of laws that govern how employers must treat employees, former employees, and applicants for employment.  We have significant experience in interpreting and construing state and federal statutes, regulations and case law in areas such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, including retaliatory discharge, employment contracts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.  

We represent clients in collective bargaining negotiations and in matters involving the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies.
