Mr. Ayers was born in Mount Vernon, Ohio.  He was admitted to the Ohio bar in May of 1979.  He received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Hillsdale College in 1975 and his J.D. in 1978 from the University of Toledo.  Mr. Ayers joined Rohrbachers Cron Manahan Trimble Zimmerman Co. L.P.A. October 2019. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association (serving on the Executive Committee, and Toledo Junior Bar association), Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.  .
