Mr. Manahan joined our firm as a shareholder in 2007 with over 25 years of civil litigation experience. He has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and third party administrators and their insureds in different capacities including; first and third party Property Claims, Special Investigations including conducting Examinations under Oath and providing Legal Opinions regarding Theft and Fire Losses and all areas of Property and Casualty Claims. Mike also has extensive experience in defending claims involving issues related to Psychiatric and Neurological Malpractice. Mike has also been involved in various types of business and commercial litigation; including litigation in the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Tribal Court in Northern Michigan.
